Here's how it works:
Sign Up: Register on the CarXstream app or website.
Check Details: Review the certification report and vehicle details before placing a bid.
Customer Support: If you have any questions, our customer service team is here to help.
Participation Fee:
To bid, pay a participation fee of ₹250.
You can place bids via the mobile app’s auctions section or the web auctions page.
If you win the bid, you will need to pay a reserve hold fee of ₹10,000, which will be deducted from the final price of the car.
Auction and Post-Sale Process:
Once the auction ends and the buyer closes the deal, CarXstream charges 2% + GST from the seller.
If you are the winning bidder, schedule a vehicle viewing and complete the post-sale process to start enjoying your new ride.
Backing Out:
If you withdraw after winning the auction due to issues not specified, we will refund all deposits.
If the winning bidder does not pay the reserve amount, the next highest bidder will be given the opportunity to purchase the car.
